Joel K. Bohmart is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and has over 40 years experience in practicing law. His firm practices in the bankruptcy and debtor/creditor field filing bankruptcies under Chapters 7 and 13 for individuals and Chapter 11 for companies. The law firm provides consultations to debtors who are considering bankruptcy and to creditors with claims against companies in bankruptcy or who are defending claims brought by bankrupt companies. Mr. Bohmart was formerly a member of the Committee of Unfair Competition and Trademarks of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and was on the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. Before forming Bohmart & Sacks P.C., over the years he practiced law as a partner in several law firms.
